Cooking training now available

In May, cooking training began at the “Centre Focolari Père Quintard”. Over a 2-month period, 20 learners will be trained using a competency-based approach, which puts the learner at the center of the training. Their curriculum includes simple pastry-making, local and modern recipes, juices, desserts and much more. The aim of the training is to give them the skills to make small income-generating activities themselves to support their families.
